E-mail flow

• E-mails are created and submitted whenever different actions are performed in EMS

• Actions creation e-mails are:

  • When an organisation is created, users added, users removed

  • When registrations are created and submitted to NRPA

  • When registrations are edited and changed registration state

  • When registration to DSA is finished by DSA

• E-mails are posted to these receivers

  • DSA

  • The organisation

  • Central radiation protection coordinator in the organisation

  • The radiation protection coordinator at the involved department

  • The user who performed the action.
